Learning English is like playing a sport

If you enjoy running, cycling, or any other sport you know that working on your stamina, and continually and consistently practicing will improve your skillset.

Learning English is no different. Learning the English language, like any other skill, takes time and dedication. Once you have reached a certain level you may feel that your English is acceptable for what you require, that you no longer need lessons or need to practice as you have learned enough.

That may be ok for your social circle but, what if you want to go traveling? Will it still be ok? More importantly, what if you need to use English in a business environment?

It could soon become apparent that your English vocabulary isn’t as extensive as you thought it was, or that your fluency in English is nowhere near what you thought it was.

As I said, learning English, particularly business English, is the same as learning to play a new sport: the more you learn and practice, the better you get. Having regular English lessons, especially ones that can be tailored to your particular needs, will improve your language skill level to a point where you will never lose it.
